What products do they offer?

At Inspiración Corp., we create products with messages of faith to inspire and connect hearts. We currently offer:

  • Greeting cards
  • Wallets (money cards)
  • Gift bags

Each product is designed to bring hope and purpose.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard).

All payments are processed in secure environments in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We process your order in 2 to 3 business days.

Delivery time in Puerto Rico: 3 to 7 business days.

Free shipping on purchases of $50 or more (valid only for Puerto Rico).

In case of delay or lack of inventory, we will notify you within 10 working days.

Can I cancel or return an order?

Yes. You have the right to cancel or return your purchase within the first 5 business days of receiving your order. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Make sure the product is in a condition suitable for return:

  • It must not have been opened, used, or altered.
  • It must be in its original packaging, in a condition suitable for resale.

2. Write to us at: devoluciones@inspiracioncorp.com

  • Include your order number, full name, and reason for return.

3. Wait for confirmation from our team:

  • We will provide you with instructions for the return shipment. If the product meets the conditions, we will process your refund.

Important:

  • Personalized products, final sale items, or seasonal products are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
  • The refund will be made using the same original payment method, within a maximum of 7 business days from when we receive and verify the product.


What happens if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

You must notify us within 5 working days of delivery.

If the error is ours, we will assume the return shipping costs.

We will process your refund using the same payment method, within a maximum of 7 business days after receiving and verifying the product.

Do they have a warranty?

Yes. All our products are covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects.

It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling.

Is my personal data safe?

Absolutely. We only collect the information necessary to process your purchase.

We do not share, sell, or transfer your information to third parties.

Our store operates on Shopify, complying with Puerto Rico Law 138-2005 and GDPR where applicable.

Under what laws does your store operate?

Our store is regulated under:

Law No. 5 of April 23, 1973 of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

Applicable regulations of the Department of Consumer Affairs (DACO).

Publishing misleading advertisements is illegal and can result in fines of up to $10,000. If a consumer believes they have been affected, they can file a complaint with DACO.
