TERMS OF SERVICE – SALES TO RETAIL CUSTOMERS (B2B)

CORPORATE INSPIRATION

These Terms of Service apply to the sale of Inspiración Corp. products and supplies to retail customers (“the Customer”). By placing an order with us, you expressly agree to these terms. These terms may be modified or updated by Inspiración Corp. at any time, and it is the Customer's responsibility to consult the most recent version available or notified by email or invoice.

1. DISCOUNTS

  • 30% discount on the Suggested Retail Price when you buy a minimum of $100 (after the discount is applied).
  • Free shipping on orders of $300 or more , after the discount is applied, only for deliveries within Puerto Rico.
  • 40% discount on the Suggested Retail Price when you purchase a minimum of $500 (after the discount) and pay in full before shipment or upon delivery (COD). Free shipping does not apply.
  • Any special sale or sale with a promotional price will be considered a final sale .
  • Inspiración Corp. reserves the right to suspend discounts and benefits if the Customer fails to comply with these terms.

2. PAYMENT METHODS

  • Orders can be paid for using:
    • Bank Deposit – Deposit at Banco Popular de PR:

      • Send proof of payment to: servicio@inspiracioncorp.com
    • Check – Issued to: INSPIRATION CORP.
      • Send to: PO BOX 391 PMB 32, Toa Alta PR 00954
    • Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express (Website)
    • ATH Móvil Business : InspiracionCorp (add invoice number in the note)
    • COD (Cash on Delivery): An additional charge of $9.47 applies per order.
  • All returned checks incur a $25.00 fee.
  • Any outstanding balance will accrue monthly interest of 1.25% .
  • Currently, our sales team does not collect payments in person .

3. USE AND RETURN OF COUNTERS

  • The display counters provided by Inspiración Corp. are its property and must be used exclusively to display the company's products .
  • If the Customer ceases business relations or their account has been inactive for more than 12 months , they must coordinate the refund by writing to: servicio@inspiracioncorp.com
    • 24-space counter: Replacement value $200
    • Counter with 48 spaces or more: Replacement value $400
  • If the item is not returned within 30 days of service termination or inactivity, an invoice will be issued and the corresponding amount will be charged to the Customer's account.

4. SHIPPING AND TRANSPORT

  • The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the Customer upon shipment.
  • If Inspiración Corp. pays for or coordinates partial or total shipping, it reserves the right to select the carrier.
  • The Customer is responsible for providing a valid and secure address for delivery.

5. RETURN POLICY

a) Regular products (“Everyday”)

  • All sales are final .
  • If a product is received in error or is defective, it must be reported in writing within five (5) business days of receipt to: devoluciones@inspiracioncorp.com
  • Any adjustment will be granted at Inspiración Corp.'s discretion by way of credit or replacement.

b) Seasonal products

  • Returns of unsold products are permitted, subject to the following conditions:
    • The account must be up to date (no overdue balances > 30 days).
    • The payment must have been completed in full, according to the terms of the invoice.
    • Returns must be reported within 30 days of the relevant holiday date .
    • The products must be intact, unopened and in their original 6-unit packaging .
    • The return shipping is the responsibility of the customer .
    • All returns are subject to inspection and verification.
    • A 25% restocking fee will be applied if the established procedure is not followed or if the merchandise is collected by the sales team.

  • All credits will be applied exclusively to future purchases after approval by the Credit Department. No deductions are allowed until the credit is formally issued.

6. CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER CHANGES

  • Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled without the express approval of Inspiración Corp.
  • If a cancellation is authorized, administrative or restocking fees may apply.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

The Client agrees not to disclose confidential information about prices, commercial terms, designs, catalogs or operational strategies of Inspiración Corp., except with prior written consent.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, trademarks, products, graphic and creative materials used in the sale or promotion remain the exclusive property of Inspiración Corp. The Client does not acquire any right to reproduce, copy or use them outside of the authorized context.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Inspiración Corp. will not be responsible for:

  • Indirect, special or consequential damages.
  • Loss of income or business interruptions.
  • Delays due to force majeure (hurricanes, pandemic, protests, shortage of materials, etc.).

10. MODIFICATIONS TO THESE TERMS

Inspiración Corp. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be considered notified if:

  • They are published on the company's official website.
  • They are sent by email.
  • They are included in the order confirmation or invoice.

11. APPLICABLE JURISDICTION

These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico . Any controversy shall be resolved in the courts of the judicial district corresponding to the domicile of Inspiración Corp., unless otherwise provided by law.

How much is shipping? Shipping costs are determined by the supplier based on the order size. Shipments outside of Puerto Rico will be processed after the order is received.
